I love what I do at AV Collective. The creative work, the people I collaborate with, and the satisfaction of bringing an idea to life. Building and running the company has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

I’m interested in what a new chapter could offer: deeper connections with a team, fresh perspectives, and the chance to build something together over time. I’m exploring full-time opportunities where I can keep shooting and editing, contribute my experience leading productions and teams, and grow alongside people who care about what they make.
